Please turn off all cell phones and pages or put them in silence mode.

Inform the Teacher before class if you have any injuries (recent or chronic), illness
or other medical conditions, recent surgeries, or if you are pregnant.

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early if you can.  If you arrive a few minutes late, you may
still join the class.  Please enter quietly.

Let go of all judgement and competition before you begin.

Wait approximately 2-3 hours after a full meal before practice. A full stomach can
hinder the practice of postures and breathing.

Please refrain from using cologne, perfume and other scents.

Yoga is practiced in bare feet.  Please remove your socks before class.  If socks must
be worn, please purchase Yoga Toe Sox which is the next best thing.  This is for your
safety, alignment purposes, and to fully experience and receive the full benefits of the
pose.

Please bring your own yoga mat.  This is for hygiene reasons.  If you forget your mat,
we have some available for loan.

Gentle adjustments may be offered to you by your teacher through the class.  This will
help guide you into a safer position or to deepen your pose.  If you would prefer not to
be adjusted, please inform your teacher.

Please use the upstairs living room for social conversation.  Only enter the studio
when you are ready for yoga practice or to settle into meditation.

Remember that regular practice is necessary to receive the full benefits of yoga.
Yoga can be practiced safely everyday.

Removed glasses and release ponytails for final relaxation (Savasana).  Try to let go
of tension in both mind, body and spirit.

Help yourselves to any props you would like to use.  Please put them back where they
belong at the end of practice.  If you would prefer to use your own, e.g. eye pillows,
bring them with you to class.

If you are unable to attend the classes, as a courtesy, please advise as there may be
someone on the waiting list or to avoid sending someone home should there not be
enough students to run the class.

Minimum 3 students to run a class.

Those who reserve their spot in advance, and
do not show up for class, they will be
charged for their class.
