Yoga is for Everyone

What is so great about yoga is that, no matter who you are, there is a practice that is appropriate for you. Yoga really is for everyone and is adaptable to the individual.

If your body is dealing with physical or emotional stress, illness, injury, or a specific physical condition, there are practices that can ease, comfort and create space for wellness by boosting your immune system, and bringing you an overall sense of well being inside and out.

We like to think of yoga not just as a system of exercises but as a door to the infinite.
